Hi I joined you once then canceled my subscription and then found out that they still took money out of my bank account without my permission and that’s why I think this company is not what it seems to be. I’m not very happy. All I wanted to know is why they took my money even after I canceled my subscription with them.

The platform is inferior and feels very dated. On the app, the photos are cropped so you cannot see faces. There is no method for sorting, deleting matches. When you click on likes, the profile photo has no functionality so it’s impossible to see who liked you without looking that person up on the list of matches. Overall, a very frustrating experience – i do not have the patience to deal with it. I called the customer support number to try to get a refund and was on hold for 40 minutes. Finally gave up

Do not think for a moment you can get out of this like you can on all the other pay by month services. You cannot!! Even if no matches in your area, they will tell you the same old dribble to lower your standards and get whatever you can to find love. Even if the app is in miles and you work in km’s, they will tell you to use their website instead or the app. Stay away. There is no way out once you start!!!

Please do not sign up. You will not find love on this site as the men that they try to match you up with are all old and ugly. My account was closed as soon as I signed up after realising that I made a mistake, and they are forcing me to pay for a 24 month service that I will not be using. Their terms and conditions are very unclear and can easily misled you.

Total waste of money. Too expensive compared with other apps. Even if you do match, they’ll have no face pic. Even Tinder is better than this silly app that attempts to match you with the perfect person. Absolute waste of time and money.

Awful stuff. A total letdown and waste of time. Don’t join this site if you are serious. It is a joke. Disingenuous and egotistical women are on there. A rip off.

Customer service is defined by country and Australia is at the bottom end. no refunds. no support. just “no”. the process is ridiculously complicated and completely unrewarding. every chance i get i will warn people away from this platform.

They’re only after your money, don’t be fooled. The focus is not on whether you meet or connect with anyone all they care about is taking your money. Don’t be fooled go elsewhere.

Total waste of money. Even as a paying member you can’t see the pics of non paying members….how ridiculous. It’s a very small membership in the Gold Coast area for 45-60’s so I would not recommend it for Women looking for Men in that age group. This site really need to update the way their site works as the free sites offer way more flexibility. Getting the subscriptions are their highest priority. Very disappointing!!!

This site is just olut for your money, if you’re single and lonely this site will just make you depressed and take your money. I’ve had a profile here for months and have contacted many members with no response, I have much better luck in the real world. Avoid this site and save your money.

Got a subscription for what i though was a month was labeled a month but no it was entire year contract. Biggest waste of money and there wasnt even anyone in my area.
